Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Young Guns Studio — operated by Young Guns Institute of Creative Studies Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) — respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website handles and the choices you have. It covers this website only; separate program agreements may apply once you enrol with us.

Information we collect

This website is a set of static pages. It does not require an account, and it does not ask for or automatically gather personal information as you browse. We share information with you only when you choose to reach out:

Cookies and analytics

The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and at present we do not run first-party web analytics. Embedded third-party tools (the booking calendar and contact form) and our hosting provider may set their own cookies or record technical information as described in their policies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of reputable services to run parts of the site. When you use them, your information is handled under their privacy policies as well as this one:

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, arrange consultations and workshops, deliver our programs, and — if you have subscribed — send you occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to the extent needed to operate the site and respond to you, or where required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable privacy law, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.

Young people

Our programs are designed for teenage students, and we expect a parent or guardian to be involved in enrolment and correspondence. We only collect a young person’s information with that involvement and use it solely to provide our services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
